In February 2023, an Inter-Faith group of Christians and Jews made up of several churches and synagogues from Wilmington, De in the U.S., traveled to Israel to get a better understanding of life there. One of the highlights of their trip was a visit to the town of Ibillin and to the Mar Elias School to listen to a performance of the Peace Drums band. Many of these visitors had been financial contributors to the project over the years, so to hear these young people in person was a real thrill! After the performance the audience and the students shared some beverages and food and were able to get to know one another through fellowship.
